Iconic Open University is seeking an experienced HR manager to lead and manage the Human Resources Department of the University.
We are looking for a qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, training and development, legal compliance, and employee relations and morale. They will be coordinating with other departments in the University such as finance, information technology, registry, faculties and department to ensure HR responsibilities are fulfilled. The HR manager will report to the Registrar of the University.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. Previous experience in higher education is preferred. Iconic University offers a competitive salary.
