kano University of Science and Technology Tudil, Faculty of Science General Notice to all Faculty of Science Students Commencement of 2021/2022 Faculty Registration.
You may recall that there is fire outbreak in the Deanery of faculty of science which resulted in the destruction of all working materials including student records.
In a record to retrieve the student record the secretariat of faculty of science write and request all students of level 200, 300, 400 and spill over to resubmit their previous registration document to the faculty secretariat as below:
RETURNING STUDENTS
i- Duly signed clearance from level 100 to present level
ii- Duly signed course registration from level 100 to present level.
iii- Bio data form from level 1 to present level
iv- Jamb result slip
v- Primary and secondary credentials
FRESH STUDENTS
Fresh registration (100 Level) are required to come to the faculty for registration and signing of CRF and afterward, bring copy of the following credentials for documentation:
i- Admission letter
ii- Clearance form
iii- Course Registration form (CRF) duly signed by level coordinator and faculty officer
iv- Bio data form
v- Jamb Result slip/DE Slip
vi- Primary certificate O’level/A result slip (DE Students)
vii- Birth certificate and indigene certificate
