QUALIFICATIONS: LECTURER CADRE
Lecturer Cadre:Candidates applying for the post of Lecturer should possess the following qualification.
Assistant Lecturer-CONPCASS 02: Candidate should be a holder of good honours Degree second class with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division in relevant field from a recognized Institution plus an NYSC Certificate.
Lecturer III-CONPCASS 03: (Candidate should be a holder of a good honour degree or its equivalent in relevant field with five years cognate experience. Applicant must be Computer Literate.
Lecturer II-CONPCASS 05:
(i). Candidate should be a holder of Master’s Degree in relevant field from a recognized Institution.
(ii). A holder of good honours degree or its equivalent from a recognized Institution plus a minimum of four years cognate experience.
(iii). Certificate in Computer Proficiency
(iv). Evidence of belonging to a Professional Body.
Lecturer I-CONPCASS 06:
Master Degree in relevant field from a recognized Institution plus eight years cognate experience.
(ii) PhD degree in relevant field from a recognized Institution plus five years of cognate experience.
In addition to serial number i & ii above candidates must provide.

Admin Officer II-CONTEDISS 08: (i). Holder of good honour Degree or its equivalent preferably in Administration or its equivalent from recognized institution and NYSC Certificate.
Admin Officer I-CONTEDISS 09: Candidate with Masters’ Degree in relevant field plus NYSC certificate/exemption plus two cognate experienced.
Assistant Registrar-CONTEDISS 11:(i). Candidate with good honour Degree in relevant field from a recognized Institution plus eight years cognate experience.
(ii). Holder of Master’s Degree in relevant field with three years cognate experience.
(iii). Holder of a PhD Degree in relevant field plus NYSC certificate/exemption and three years cognate experience.
Senior Assistant Registrar-CONTEDISS 12:(i) Candidate with good honour Degree in relevant field or its equivalent from a recognized institution plus eleven years cognate experience.

EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ADMIN)
Assistant Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 06: Candidate with Diploma in Public Administration from a recognized institution plus 5 years cognate experience.
Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 07: Candidate must possess any of the qualifications specified for Assistant Executive Officer plus 3 years cognate experience.
- Higher Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 08: Candidate must possessed HND in relevant field from a recognized Institution with 11 years cognate experience.
EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCT)
Assistant Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 06: Candidate with Diploma in Relevant field from a recognized institution of learning plus 5 years cognate experience. (ii). A pass in Section I&II (Intermediate) of Association of Certified and Corporate Accounting is an added advantage.
Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 07: Candidate must possess any of the qualifications specified for Assistant Executive Officer plus 3 years cognate experience.
- Higher Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 08: Candidate must possessed HND in relevant field from a recognized Institution of learning plus NYSC or Exemption letter plus 11 years cognate experience.
EXECUTIVE OFFICER (AUDIT)
- Assistant Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 06: Diploma in Relevant field obtained from a recognized institution.
(ii). A pass in Intermediate Examination of any of the recognized professional Accounting Bodies. - Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 07: Candidate must possess any of the qualifications specified for Assistant Executive Officer plus 8 years cognate experience.
- Higher Executive Officer-CONTEDISS 08: Candidate must possessthe following qualifications:
(i). Higher National Diploma/Degree in relevant field obtained from a recognized institution.
(ii) Associate membership of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration in Accounting is mandatory.
