Following number of huge complains and profile code issues escalated, Jamb has directed all state jamb offices to collect issues related especially lost of profile codes and phone number used.
If you are one of the candidates who generated a profile code , don’t register with it and lost profile code phone number, Don’t worry!
All you need to do is to go to your state Jamb office to summit the following requiems for quick retrieval:
A.Full Name
B.Lost phone Number
C. Active New Phone number.
After summiting the above details, you will wait for the next 2 to 3 working days and you follow the instructions as follows:
Go to message on your phone
Send RESND to 55019 and make sure you have at least 100 naira in the line because of the charge of 50 will be deducted.
Note:
If your phone Number is not lost you can only write RESEND and send to 55019 is ok.
